His real estate career began in 2000 when he joined the industry as a rookie and emerged top in his agency that same year. Those accomplishments became his foundation and his super-fuel that powered him to this day.
Along with great team leadership abilities, Perry is also a passionate, dynamic and tech-savvy realtor. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, in which he acquired extensive training, knowledge and skills, he is able to deliver real value and produce effective results for my clients. He is a visionary leader who is 100% committed to training, mentoring and grooming up and coming champions.
In the last 20 years of his career, he has seen through several cycles of the real estate market. He persevered through the Asian Financial crisis, Dot.com bust as well as Lehman Brothers crisis which significantly affected the property values in Singapore. He has always played an active role and is still doing so today, in helping his clients with strategies, maximizing their returns on their property portfolios, and cutting losses where required. His blog post on the 3 stages of home Progressive Payment was *featured in Yahoo Finance*. He was also interviewed by *The Straits Times in An Article in the Invest Section*, sharing his experience on “How to manage good debts and bad debts”. He was awarded the Platinum Award for *Successful Entrepreneur* for achieving overall team sales of over S$5m in 2013.
Perry runs a niche team of 200 agents, both young and old realtors, serving both the mass market and luxury segment. He also has a team of realtors who are focused in the corporate leasing of commercial and industrial properties. When it comes to team management, Perry believes that age is only a number. Success is driven by how much the realtors puts into understanding the property market and using technology to help analyse and make the best strategies when it comes to an investment for the client.
Perry counts it a privilege to be able to guide his team with the help of technology. It is with that same technology, he is able to navigate the best deals for his own clients. This remains his guide for the last 20 years and will continue to be his guide as he soldiers on.
